Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Material Coordinator 3 to support warehousing, shipping, receiving, and stock put-away. You will work across departments to assemble production kits, stage kits, and manage kit creation tasks.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory, cycle counts, and training teammates while coordinating shipments and maintaining safety and organization during 8:30 AM – 5 PM on-site in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent.
• ERP system experience (IFS preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Shop order pulling: pull daily shop orders for internal customers by assembling production kits.
• Stage kits on the production floor per the assembly schedule.
• 641 Kit management, DO, TT creation / execution.
• Shipping & Receiving: assist in pulling customer orders to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
• Stock inbound received parts.
• Package completed assemblies for shipment.
• Receive parts into inventory, process RMAs and customer repairs; issue shortages and create transport tasks / distribution orders.
• Coordinate shipments (UPS / Fed Ex / DHL / LTL Freight) inbound & outbound.
• Cycle counting and weekly inventory counts; investigate cycle count discrepancies.
• Train employees on warehouse, shipping and receiving tasks.
• Analyse / execute Production Schedule activities and perform all warehouse functions.
