Job summary

SPX Technologies in Orlando is seeking a Material Coordinator 3 to support warehousing and distribution across multiple departments. You will handle shipping and receiving, stock put-away, and daily inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include pulling shop orders, staging production kits, managing 641 kits and DO/TT, handling inbound parts, packing assemblies for shipment, processing RMAs, and conducting cycle counts while training team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent experience
• Preferred ERP system experience, IFS
• Experience with Microsoft suite applications
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized
• High school Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
• International shipping experience and/or certifications
• 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• The employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods of time
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Shop Order Pulling: Accurately pull daily shop orders for internal customers by assembling production kits.
• Stage kits on the production floor in accordance with the assembly schedule.
• 641 Kit management, DO, TT creation / execution.
• Shipping & Receiving (internal & external): Assist in efficiently pulling customer orders to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
• Stocking of inbound received parts.
• Package completed assemblies for shipment.
• Receive parts into inventory, process RMAs and customer repairs. Issue shortages, create and execute transport tasks / distribution orders, MR's and MMRL's.
• Cycle counting
• Conduct weekly inventory counts to maintain accurate records to ensure consistency and precision.
• Conduct cycle count investigation.
• Responsible for training employees on various warehouse, shipping and receiving tasks.
• Analyse / execute Production Schedule activities and perform all warehouse, shipping and receiving functions
