Job summary

SPX is a diverse team where a Material Coordinator 3 will handle general warehousing, shipping, receiving, stock put-away, and fulfillment across departments. The role supports multiple areas and requires accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, pulling orders, staging kits, and ensuring timely shipments while maintaining inventory integrity and providing training to staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent.
• ERP system experience, IFS preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Shop Order Pulling: pull daily shop orders for internal customers by assembling production kits.
• Stage kits on the production floor per assembly schedule.
• Manage kit/DO/TT creation and execution.
• Shipping & Receiving: assist in pulling customer orders for timely shipping and delivery.
• Stock inbound parts and package completed assemblies for shipment.
• Receive parts into inventory and process RMAs and repairs.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and cycle count investigations.
