Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions seeks a Material Coordinator for a manufacturing site in Faribault, MN. The role ensures accurate picking, staging, and delivery of materials to production, supporting efficient material flow across the facility.

The position offers a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri) at $21.00 per hour, full-time status, and weekly pay with benefits options. Prior experience with Epicor ERP is a plus, and physical effort is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in warehouse, materials management, or related.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience with Epicor ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily picking, kitting, and staging to support production schedules.
• Pull, prepare, and provide materials as production requires.
• Monitor kit readiness and material availability; report risks.
• Serve as primary materials contact for floor requests and shortages.
• Record inventory transactions and material movements in Epicor ERP.
• Lead and guide Material Handlers and kitting staff.
• Maintain safe, organized staging areas and support 5S.
