Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Material Handler for a leading manufacturing company located in Osceola, WI. This temp-to-hire role offers 1st shift hours with weekly pay and potential to start soon.

As a Material Handler, you will load and unload materials, supply machines, track movement, and help maintain safety and cleanliness in the production area. The role requires 6 months warehouse experience, forklift/pallet jack skills, and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 6 months warehouse or material handling experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience operating equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, scanners, etc.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of injection molding processes preferred.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Ability to problem solve and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a production environment with physical activity including lifting, standing, and exposure to machinery.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within the production or warehouse area.
• Supply machines with raw materials, packaging, and required components.
• Clean and load hoppers and ensure proper machine setup.
• Monitor material drying conditions and adjust machine dryers as needed.
• Track and document all material movement and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Label containers with correct material identification, quantities, and dates.
• Mix materials such as color concentrates and regrind to required ratios.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to prevent contamination and ensure safety.
