Avancez Assembly is seeking a Materials Coordinator to coordinate and expedite material flow, review production schedules, and work with leadership to identify material requirements. You will monitor inventory, support receiving and production, and help drive continuous improvement in materials processes.
The role requires 3+ years in Materials Management or Supply Chain and strong MS Excel and ERP system skills. Travel is not required, and benefits are provided as part of the package.

Material Coordinatoris responsible for coordinating and expediting flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities, and compiles and maintain records. Review production schedules and related information and confer with customer and plant leadership to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material.
Follow and assist with adherence and management of plant safety protocols.
All other duties as assigned.
Experience: 3+ years of experience and demonstrated success in Business, Materials Management or Supply Chain Mgt/Logistics
