The Materials Coordinator is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining inventory levels, managing warehouse operations, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records for Madison Utilities. This position administers the procurement process, supports field and operational personnel, maintains material availability for utility operations, and utilizes work order management and inventory management systems to track materials, equipment, and related transactions. The employee may be required to work with limited supervision and perform duties in support of utility operations, emergency response, and customer service.
