Summary / Primary Function
The Warehouse Coordinator supports the team as they address client fulfilment needs. In this role, you will coordinate shipping and receiving, manage daily warehouse operations, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Principal Job Duties
- Receive and ship products, coordinating with vendors and customers as needed
- Deliver equipment or materials to customer sites when required
- Populate, test, and prepare battery modules for field service
- De-populate equipment returned from service
- Process and scrap batteries appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
- Ensure all stock items, parts, and tools are stored in proper designated locations
- Tag all floor items with correct customer/job information and disposition
- Complete all inventory transactions within the inventory control system
- Monitor standard stock levels, recommend orders, and assist with annual inventory counts
- Oversee maintenance and care of company and technician-assigned vehicles
- Assist with sourcing new vehicles as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of facility grounds and address issues as they arise
- Complete monthly facility safety inspections
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Preferred Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software
- Experience driving commercial vehicles (box trucks) and operating forklifts preferred

- Experience in the critical power industry is a plus
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally, and 70+ lbs as part of a team or with material‑handling equipment
- Ability to climb ladders, handle small components, and maintain visual acuity for mechanical tools
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach regularly
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (telephone, computer, calculator, copier, etc.)
