Job summary

ICON is seeking a Material Coordinator to support inventory activities in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, stocking and coordinating material in ERP systems and work orders to ensure accurate part counts and efficient workflow.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a warehouse setting, are physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and can work with ERP/MRP tools while maintaining attention to detail across multiple processes and locations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years in a manufacturing warehouse or inventory environment.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems to track materials and orders.
  • Strong communication with supervisors and team leads to determine material needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming material from deliveries and inspect for kind, count, and condition.
  • Stock and locate material in appropriate warehouse locations with proper identification.
  • Track materials in Netsuite, including inbound/outbound, cycle counts, POs and work orders.
  • Assist warehouse optimization for picking and layout changes within ERP/messaging workflows.

Job description

ICON is seeking a Material Coordinator to work in a team environment to support all production inventory activities, including receiving, stocking, kitting, and ERP systems transactions and work orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Follow inventory management processes and procedures
  • Process incoming material from deliveries. Inspecting for kind, count, and condition.
  • Support communicating and stocking material in appropriate warehouse locations ensuring all items are effectively identified, protected, and owners are notified.
  • Track, transact, and monitor materials inbound, outbound, cycle counting, POs and work orders in Netsuite.
  • Work with warehouse management to optimize part of the warehouse for picking.
  • Relocation of material with the facility and ERP system as change to layout arises.
  • Support implementation of inventory management business software system
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years experience in a manufacturing warehouse or inventory management environment. Communicate with supervisors and Team leads to determine material requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to remain on feet for extended time periods.
  • Have a detail oriented mindset to ensure part count accuracy.
  • ERP / MRP experience
