Job summary

ORR Protection, a national leader in fire and life safety, seeks a Material Control Coordinator to manage inventory assets and provide shipping and receiving support in Dublin, CA. This in-office role requires attention to detail and strict compliance with ATF and DOT requirements for explosives handling.

You will process orders, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring quality and security of shipments. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or equivalent experience or training.
• Ability to obtain ATF Employee Possessor Certificate.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Embody the company mission to protect people, property and the environment.
• Perform purchasing for region: ordering, shipping, receiving and returns.
• Process Sales and Part Orders for the region.
• Handle shipments and required documentation (Bills of Lading, MSDS, etc.).
• Maintain and update inventory system; adjust pricing as needed.
