Job summary

BendTec, LLC is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our team in a role focused on material receipt, documentation, and coordination with vendors and internal teams. You’ll work with spools BOM associations, barcode labeling, and JDE data entry to ensure accurate delivery records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and up to 3 years in pipe fabrication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 0–3 years in the pipe fabrication field (preferred).
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and JD Edwards.
Certifications & Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
Other Requirements: Ability to pass forklift training; operate overhead crane; knowledge of piping materials.

Responsibilities

Scanning of pieces picked and kitted.
Creating the association to the spools BOM.
Input material receipts into JDE system.
Verify accuracy of all paperwork pertaining to delivery.
Address any issues pertaining to delivery with vendor and/or internal department managers.
Process Material Test Reports (MTR’s).
Printing of bar code labels for material.
Assist yard foremen with issues pertaining to deliveries.
Maintain a document as well as a visual board of the material yard locations.
Maintain filing system.
Other duties as assigned.
