Job summary

Tolomatic, Inc. is seeking a Materials Associate (Parts Picker) to support assembly cells and maintain inventory accuracy in a climate-controlled facility.

You will pick parts, document movements in the inventory system, and contribute to on-time production by keeping materials stocked per policy. We offer starting pay of $20.00–$22.00/hour, sign-on bonus and a benefits package including medical, dental, PTO, 401(k), annual bonus and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of parts picking or cycle counting in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic to intermediate PC skills; ability to navigate screens; Word and Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and follow instructions.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to be trained to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with colleagues.

Tolomatic is looking for a Materials Associate.

• 1st shift: 5x8s Monday-Friday from 6:30am to 3pm OR 4x10s Monday-Thursday from 5:30am to 4pm

About You:

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of related parts picking and/or cycle counting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic to Intermediate PC skills with the ability to navigate from one screen to another. Microsoft Office - Word and Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and instructions - basic math skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to be trained to operate a forklift and overhead crane as needed.
• Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with company personnel and others.

Primary Objective:

To pick parts for assembly cells and maintain and stock inventory consistent with company policies and procedures. To accurately document material movement within the inventory system.
