ST Engineering MRAS is looking for a Materials & Process (M&P) Manager to lead a diverse team of engineers who support both production composite/materials engineering and R&D / demonstrator development efforts. In this role, you will guide a team responsible for sustaining materials and process engineering across active production programs while also enabling the research, development, and early application of next‑generation composite materials, processes, and manufacturing technologies.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure materials and processes are robust, compliant, cost‑effective, and ready for use across the full product lifecycle—from initial concept through production release.

Estimate salary range for this role: $120,000 to $155,000 per year. ST Engineering MRAS considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
