ST Engineering MRAS is hiring a Manufacturing Specialist to lead tooling and process development for aerospace composite parts, from design to assembly. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, and Quality to drive safety, cost reduction, and quality improvements on the shop floor.
The role requires a BS in mechanical/aerospace engineering and 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing with composites, plus strong CATIA skills and tooling experience.

The Manufacturing Specialist will work on the Process Engineering team, supporting composite manufacturing from tool design to part manufacture to assembly. This role works closely with various internal functional groups (Operations, Engineering, Sourcing/Procurement, Quality) to support production and development efforts.
The Manufacturing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the process development and tooling stream of the operations team. This role will have a broad scope that ranges from tooling design and development internally and externally to developing new processes and procedures to optimize production and reduce cost. On the technical side this person will lead NC program review and refinement and assist the automation team and shop floor operators with problem solving and task resolution.

Estimate salary range for this role:$110,000 to $140,000 per year.ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
