Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Materials Analyst to manage obsolete inventory records and support product rationalization efforts to meet business targets. You will guide data quality and content accuracy through data entry, validation via phone and internet research, and reporting of validation results.

Typical schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a pay rate of $25.05 per hour. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as an Inventory Control Clerk or similar position
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel occasionally and work independently
• Experience with data entry and basic internet research is preferred

A Materials Analyst is manage obsolete inventory records and support product rationalization efforts to meet business targets. Provide guidance on data quality and content accuracy through data entry, information validation via phone and internet research, and reporting of validation results.

Mon- Fri 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $25.05

Responsibilities

• Maintain record of all obsolete inventories and recommend improvements to all product rationalization process and ensure achievement of all targets.
• Provide support and guidance on data quality and data content
• Tasks may include data entry into spreadsheets, validating information via the internet or the phone, and generating reports about your validation results.

Required Skills

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, preferably including previous use of formulas, sorting and filtering, and pivot tables (desired, but not required)
• Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint presentation software.
