Job summary

Majestic Steel USA is hiring for a manufacturing/warehouse role in Blytheville, AR. The starting pay is $18.00 per hour with potential increases based on experience. Working hours are Monday–Thursday from 8:00 pm to 6:30 am, with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and measurement skills and be able to read order instructions.
• Ability to operate and follow safety guidelines when using shop tools and equipment.
• Effective communication with team members to ensure quality and on-time packing.

Responsibilities

• Package Materials: review orders, label and package to meet specs.
• Operate Equipment Safely: use micrometers, calipers, tape guns, banding gear.
• Maintain Quality and Safety: report damage and follow PPE guidelines.
• Support Team Efforts: collaborate with production to meet goals.

What You Will Do:

• Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
• Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of manufacturing and/ or warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval
• Lift truck operation experience
