Job summary

What You Will Do

• Package materials: Review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
• Maintain quality and safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Support team efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills.
• Physical requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions.
