Job summary

Majestic Steel is seeking a warehouse/material handler for the Blytheville, AR facility. You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications, and operate tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork. We offer exposure to hands-on manufacturing tasks, basic data entry, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate packaging tools and measurement equipment safely.
• Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review order instructions and package materials per customer specs.
• Operate micrometers, calipers, tape guns and banding equipment safely.
• Identify damage or quality issues and follow safety guidelines with PPE.
• Collaborate with production team to meet goals and handle other duties as assigned.

• Pay: Starting rate is $18.00/ hour; could be eligible for more based on experience
• Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 pm – 6:30 am, with overtime as required

What You Will Do:

• Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
• Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions
