Job summary

Majestic Steel USA, Inc. in Houston, TX, seeks a warehouse manufacturing associate. Starting pay is $17.75/hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–12:30 PM, with overtime as needed. You will package materials to spec, safely operate micrometers, calipers, tape guns and banding equipment, and uphold

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimal manufacturing/warehouse experience accepted.
• Strong attention to detail and safe equipment operation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Package materials according to order instructions and quality standards.

What You Will Do:

• Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
• Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out:
