Job summary

Majestic Steel is seeking a manufacturing/warehouse worker to package materials and support our production team. You will label, package, and prepare materials to meet customer specifications while following quality and safety standards.

The role requires basic dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to operate tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns and banding equipment. Overtime may be required based on workload.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimal manufacturing/warehouse experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Job description

• Pay: Starting rate is $18.00/ hour; could be eligible for more based on experience
• Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 pm – 6:30 am, with overtime as required

What You Will Do:

• Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
• Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions
