Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking talented Material Specialists for the Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD). You will safely perform material handling and warehousing, using order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts as applicable.

The role requires safety mindset, teamwork, adaptability, and reliability. The 2nd shift runs 2:00pm–10:00pm with starting wage of $20.96/hour plus $1 shift differential for third shift eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least one year in prior employment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Commitment to safety and quality in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform material handling and warehousing tasks.
• Operate order pickers, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts where applicable.
• Use handheld scanner to access and update receiving and order data.
• Maintain cleanliness and report defects or repairs needed.
• Support tasks as assigned by Caterpillar management.
