Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Material Specialist for its Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD). The role covers receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of parts and materials, with equipment such as order pickers and forklifts where available.

Qualifications

• Safety PPE and procedures must be followed.
• Strong team mindset with reliable time management.
• Adaptability to temperature changes and overtime; willingness to operate equipment as needed.
• Willingness to learn processes and operate order pickers, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts.
• Demonstrated longevity of at least six months in previous employment.
• Must repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and walk long distances during shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform material handling, warehousing, receiving, storage, packing and shipping of parts and materials.
• Operate equipment where available and use handheld scanners for receiving and order processing.
• Maintain housekeeping and report defects or repairs as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management.
