Job summary

Precision Castparts Wickliffe, OH is seeking an Alloy Technician to support the foundry operations with daily alloy issuance and inventory tasks. The role involves handling heavy ingots, performing physical inventories, and maintaining heat databases and revert segregation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily alloy issuance to the foundry.

• Maintain master heat database for production, P/Ns and special lots.
• Clean pipe in ingots as needed.
• Act as back-up for other alloy technicians.
• Assist Foundry with supplies inventory control.

• Maintain alloy and revert cribs in terms of segregation/organization and general cleanliness of the area.


• Cut and weld changes as needed.


• Maintain the master heat database for production, P/N’s and engineering special lots.


• Clean pipe in ingots as needed.


• Act as back-up for other alloy technicians.


• Assist Foundry with supplies inventory control.
