Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a dependable Sorter in Bryant, WI to hand sort pallets and materials in a fast-paced distribution facility. Earn $17.00/hr with Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM shifts and opportunities for overtime.

You will handle pallets, load and unload materials, perform quality checks, and coordinate trailer movements while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Overview

As a Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets and other materials within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our plant’s production!

Hourly Pay:

$17.00/hr

Shift(s):

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights

• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand

• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the facility

• Check loads to make sure they are secure

• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards

• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system

• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress

• Communicate directly with plant management regularly

What You'll Need

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
