48forty Solutions in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Sorter to hand sort pallets and materials within a distribution facility, prioritizing safety and cleanliness to support production. This role requires alertness and active participation throughout the shift.

The position offers an hourly pay of $17.50, with shifts Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM–10:00 AM. Full-time benefits and opportunities for career advancement are provided.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the facility
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
• Communicate directly with plant management regularly

What You'll Do

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
