Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Pallet Sorter in Upper Marlboro, MD. You will hand sort pallets, ensuring safety and cleanliness, while staying active throughout shifts.

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd with specific hours. The role emphasizes communication, physical work, and adherence to quality standards in a large pallet management operation.

Overview

As a Pallet Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our customer’s production!

Hourly Pay:

$18.00/hr

Shift(s):

2nd Shift: Tuesday - Friday 4:00pm - 2:00am

3rd Shift: Saturday - Monday 6:00am - 6:00pm

What You'll Do

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights

• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand

• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center

• Check loads to make sure they are secure

• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards

• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system

• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
