Job summary

Kelly Services in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a detail-oriented Material Sorter for a short-term contract with the potential for extension based on performance. The role offers $17.50 per hour for a Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–10:30pm shift.

Responsibilities include sorting and inspecting materials, recording findings, and coordinating with forklift operators while maintaining safety and PPE. Lifting up to 55 lbs and operating warehouse machinery are required or welcomed with training.

Material Sorter – Williamsburg, VA

Ready to work with a great team? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Material Sorter for a short-term contract – with the chance for a longer assignment if you shine!

What You’ll Do:

• Sort, inspect, and safely stack materials to meet top quality standards
• Identify and separate damaged goods
• Accurately record findings and communicate with forklift operators
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and always use PPE
• Lift up to 55 lbs and work with warehouse machinery (experience is a plus!)

What You Bring:

• Warehouse or sorting experience preferred, but we offer on-the-job training
