Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and AS400.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Motivated and ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary.
• Ability to work to a high standard and as part of a team.
• High School diploma and two years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor to meet production goals as outlined by the supervisor.
• Lead a team of hourly employees.
• Perform semi-skilled manual duties requiring knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment and safety precautions.
• Adhere to and enforce the general safety plan.
• Overtime as required.
• Provide inventory assistance.
• Drive Wabash vehicles to pull parts.
• Load and unload trucks via forklift.
• Identify parts by reading labels/orders and pull parts for shipping.
