Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and AS400.

• Ability to work to a high standard and as part of a team.
• High School diploma and two years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor to meet production goals.
• Lead a team of hourly employees.
• Perform semi-skilled manual duties with knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment and safety precautions.
• Adhere to and enforce the general safety plan.
• May be required to do other duties as requested by supervisor.
• Primary job functions require exercising independent judgement.
• Ensure work quality matches Wabash's standards.
• Maintain good attendance and report absences to supervisor.
