Collins Aerospace in Cheshire, CT designs and manufactures a large portfolio of high precision inertial measurement sensors and systems. Our products are critical to many commercial and military applications.
Materials and Processes is a service group and a Center of Excellence for Collins Aerospace, Mission Systems and as such requires interaction with the various internal customers, other Collins facilities (for whom we regularly perform failure analyses), customers and suppliers. Summary reports, test results and conclusions for root cause corrective actions are commonly written and presented following failure analysis, material or process changes, and material substitutions.
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
