The department is seeking motivated and driven mechanical engineers with technical expertise and experience in hardware design, analysis, integration and production support. As a senior mechanical engineer, you will be a member of a multi-disciplinary Integrated Program Team (IPT) consisting of System, Hardware and Software Engineers. Your work can support development of next generation systems, design enhancements, upgrades for existing products, and transition to production efforts. Product areas can include circuit card assemblies, electronics assemblies, and reflector-type antennas for communications systems.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
