Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) for the AIM-9X program in Tucson, AZ. You will learn and advance manufacturing, material requirements planning, and business acumen within a matrixed organization to develop and execute a program strategy.

You will engage with PMO leadership, coordinate risk mitigation and supplier engagement, and drive material EACs and monthly forecasts while ensuring compliance with security requirements and DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Experience with Office 365
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Progressive professional experience with a combination of experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance or Supplier Management is required

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
