Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a Material/Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules and material plans through the full production cycle.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing to ensure materials align with the Master Production Schedule, and you will use SAP to optimize scheduling and resources. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or required.
• 4–6 years planning experience in electro-mechanical production.
• APICS training or certification preferred.
• Materials management experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and material plans per Master Production Schedule.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Material Control, Quality to meet schedules.
• Provide input on scheduling issues, material shortages, design changes, and backlogs.
• Work with SAP ERP to manage materials and production scheduling.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors and Materials team to resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
