Assurant, Inc. seeks a Material Processor Lead for our Lewisville, TX facility. This onsite role supports Supervisors, trains team members, and ensures production and quality controls are met according to work instructions.

Works Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with responsibilities across cross-functional collaboration and KPI management. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of light manufacturing experience, and strong organizational and teamwork

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of light manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in manual processing and receiving; meet UPH expectations.
• Strong teamwork and excellent time management.
• Attention to detail essential.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to daily standups and coordinate with Supervisor.
• Monitor production performance and quality controls.
• Track inventory levels and escalate issues as needed.
• Support training and on-the-job refresher sessions.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions and safety.
