Job summary

A leading global business services company is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist supervisors in training and monitoring production performance. This role requires at least 2 years of manufacturing experience and proficiency in manual processes. The candidate will participate in daily meetings and provide necessary training to associates. The position offers a pay range of $16.95 - $27.12 and is based in Fort Worth, TX from Friday to Sunday, 6am to 6:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous light manufacturing experience or 1 year of previous Inspector experience.
• Must be proficient and certified in the area that they are responsible for leading.
• Strong team player who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production performance and quality controls.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with Supervisor.
• Provide training and coaching to associates as needed.
