You will develop solutions that shape flight-critical programs and work with significant autonomy.

The role emphasizes advanced engineering judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive improvements in product performance, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 13 years in a specific technical discipline or 15 years across multiple disciplines with a bachelor’s.
• Advanced technical expertise and the ability to independently solve complex problems.
• Strong technical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead major engineering initiatives and communicate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects of major complexity within scope.
• Make technical decisions and recommendations impacting activities.
• Apply advanced engineering principles to solve critical problems.
• Lead development of innovative engineering concepts and solutions.
• Identify improved methods to optimize performance, cost, and schedule.
• Work with autonomy and sound engineering judgment to meet objectives.
