Job summary

Gulfstream Savannah seeks a Materials and Processes Engineer to lead major engineering programs, defining technical requirements for suppliers and internal teams. This onsite, full-time role supports Powerplant, Environmental Control, Structures, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines while driving continuous improvement and ITAR compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering with 13–15 years in a technical field, experience with SmarTeam and CATIA, and MRB integration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
13–15 years in a technical discipline or 15 years broad engineering experience with a Bachelor's.
Experience credit for related advanced degrees: Masters up to 2 years; PhD up to 4 years.

Responsibilities

Selects methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to resolve complex engineering issues.
Is consulted by associates as a recognized authority within the field.
Anticipates and resolves complex issues, developing standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.
Balances technical, cost, and schedule considerations in problem solving.
Works without appreciable direction; long-range results are reviewed.
Exercises latitude to set objectives and make authoritative recommendations.
