Job summary

Assurant, Inc. is seeking a Material Processor Lead at Mt Juliet, TN, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule. The role supports Supervisors, trains staff, and drives production and quality controls according to work instructions.

You will monitor KPI/SLA, assist in resource reallocation, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements include 1+ years of lead or supervisory manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to train and develop team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in training and developing the team and monitoring production performance.
• Ensure production and quality controls are met while following work instructions.
• Attend daily stand-ups and meetings with Supervisors and other departments as needed.
• Reallocate resources to meet customer goals and monitor KPI/SLA performance.
• Handle escalation issues and participate in 6S audits.
• Operate or coordinate forklift activities and maintain attendance/evacuation records.
