Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's with 6+ years.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance is required.
- 2 years in PM&M or Systems Engineering/PM&M disciplines; experience applying program requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of PM&P engineers within a matrixed organization.
- Coordinate workforce planning and ensure depth of skills.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
- Communicate across disciplines and senior management.
- Develop and refine processes and tools to meet program needs.
- Guide COTS integration and support Sentinel IPTs.
