Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more administrative experience preferred; five years or more relevant experience strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery to support production requirements.
• Serve as main contact for all suppliers and coordinate ship schedules and containment plans when behind schedule.
• Track critical parts and implement containment plans to prevent interruptions to manufacturing.
• Coordinate/arrange alternative sources of material and spot buys when necessary.
• Monitor, set up, and cancel truck loads for material pickups to support schedule variations.
