This role owns reporting, risk monitoring, shortage resolution support, and data integrity improvements in the first year, with success measured by timely risk escalation and reliable KPI reporting across Supply Chain functions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in material planning, supply chain analysis, or related manufacturing planning function.
• Experience supporting material planning, inventory control, or production supply requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with reporting tools and data sets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material supply risk, identify root causes, and communicate resolution paths to protect production schedules.
• Develop KPIs and reporting tools to provide visibility to risks, categories, and timing.
• Coordinate shortage resolution and liaise between material follow-up, planning, and LOC operations.
• Prepare reports assessing supplier performance and support escalation or corrective actions.
• Audit data across material follow-up and transportation systems to improve planning accuracy.
