Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Material Planning Analyst in Phoenix, AZ to strengthen visibility, accountability, and response time across material planning activities that support production continuity. You will own reporting, risk monitoring, shortage resolution support, and data integrity improvements in a fast-paced EV manufacturing environment.

A strong candidate will have 3+ years in material planning with advanced Excel skills, and experience in manufacturing planning and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years in material planning, supply chain analysis, or related manufacturing planning.
• Experience supporting material planning, inventory control, or production supply requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with reporting tools, data sets, and planning systems.
• English read/write/speak proficiency to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reports to identify inventory risk, identify root causes, and communicate resolution paths to protect production schedules.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and reporting tools to give visibility to risks, categories, countermeasures, and timing.
• Serve as liaison between material follow-up, material planning, and LOC operations to resolve shortages and support timely part availability.
• Prepare and manage reports that support Supply Chain analysis of supplier performance and enable informed escalation.
• Audit and monitor data across material follow-up and transportation systems to improve planning accuracy.
