Job summary

CNH Industrial in Racine, WI is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to control and schedule the flow of goods, information, and resources across manufacturing and supply chains. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in manufacturing logistics or an Associate with 5+ years, or a high school diploma with 7+ years, plus experience with procurement, inventory, and warehousing.

• Procurement of material and warehousing and distribution of raw materials, goods-in process, inventory management; controls the commercial impact of activities.
• Analyzes contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to plan logistic program activities.
• Develops and implements program activities, coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, production, and field service to meet commitments.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

As a Material Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for controlling and scheduling the flow of goods, information, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement of material and warehousing and distribution of raw materials, goods-in process, inventory management. Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities (May include: receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels).
• Analyzes contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life-cycle of product.
• Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of subcontractors, suppliers, production departments, and field service personnel, and resolves problems in area of logistics to ensure meeting of commitments.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years of manufacturing logistics and/or manufacturing planning experience OR Associate's degree plus 5 or more years of manufacturing logistics and/or manufacturing planning experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7 or more years of manufacturing logistics and/or manufacturing planning experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI / Data Bricks / COGNOS applications.
• APICS and/or Six Sigma / Lean certification.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $55,725 - $74,300 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
