Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Logistics Process & Improvement Specialist to analyze, improve, and optimize business processes across the organization. You will lead improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

The role can be based in Racine, WI or Oak Brook, IL with a hybrid schedule (three onsite, two remote). Requires 5+ years in related fields and SAP EWM experience; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in operations, continuous improvement, project management, analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, WCM or similar continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, and process optimization.
  • Design, implement, and validate process, workflow, and system enhancements.

Job Purpose We are actively seeking a Logistics Process & Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This position partners with business and functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities, conduct analysis, implement solutions, and drive measurable business results. Additionally, you will lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer experience.

This role can be based in our offices in Racine, WI, or Oak Brook, IL, and is eligible for our hybrid work schedule, with three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and recommend solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, and process optimization.
  • Design, implement, and validate process, workflow, and system enhancements that improve business performance.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, reporting tools, and measurement systems to track results and sustain improvements.
  • Support business system enhancements, process documentation, testing activities, and solution validation as needed.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process improvements.
  • Monitor implemented solutions and recommend adjustments to ensure long-term effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, analytics, or related disciplines.
  • SAP EWM experience, in use and implementation.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and implementing measurable business results.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, WCM, or similar continuous improvement experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $72,375.00 - $100,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
