Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Material Planner to own material readiness and surface shortages before they affect the schedule. You will work across procurement, warehouse, and production planning to maintain a single, trusted material picture and support orderly material flow.

The role emphasizes coordinating readiness, tracking shortages, and driving timely actions while supporting ERP integrations and process improvements. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills.
• At least 2 years in material planning, coordination, or production planning support.
• Proficient with Excel; comfortable with BOMs, travel docs, and pick lists.
• Hands-on ERP experience in inventory, planning, and procurement modules.

Responsibilities

• Own material readiness status for assigned scope and publish Ready/At Risk/Short metrics.
• Identify constraints early by reviewing material requirements against the production schedule.
• Maintain shortage lists with receipts, owners, and actions; drive items to closure.
• Coordinate readiness with warehouse, kitting, and material coordinators to ensure timely material availability.
• Support ERP implementation and validation during testing and cutover.
