Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Construction Management professional for daily on-site oversight of pharmaceutical engineering projects in the United States. You will monitor contractors for PPE and safety compliance, assist with safety permits, and address day-to-day construction questions with stakeholders and managers.

You will redline drawings with the CAD group, assemble TOP package documents, and ensure work progresses on schedule with high quality per drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Min 5-7 years working in Pharmaceutical Engineering Projects and Industrial Construction Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of Change Controls and GMP manufacturing practices

Responsibilities

• Daily on-site construction management: monitor PPE and safety compliance, assist with safety permits and day-to-day construction questions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule construction activities and communicate outages.
• Redline drawings with the CAD group and assemble TOP package docs.
• Ensure construction work proceeds on schedule and meets drawings and project specifications.
• Draft change controls with Quality and gain stakeholder alignment.
• Gather pricing and assist with scoping upcoming projects.
• Work with vendors to specify and gather budgetary pricing for new equipment as needed.
• Set up spare parts and maintenance plans in SAP.

Job description

Daily on-site Construction Management for multiple projects – monitor construction contractors for (each project) daily, monitoring for PPE and safety compliance, assisting with issuing safety permits and handling day to day construction questions. Escalating concerns and discussing with manager or other stakeholders as required.

Working with stakeholders to schedule construction related activities and communicate outages to affected parties.

Redline drawings for as-building and work with CADD group to get drawings updated, request new drawings etc. Work with CADD group to assemble TOP package docs.

Ensure construction work is proceeding on schedule and work is being performed in a high quality manner according to the drawings and project specifications.

Change controls working with Quality group to draft change controls and gain stakeholder alignment.

Gather pricing and assist with scoping upcoming projects.

Work with vendors to specify and gather budgetary pricing for new equipment as needed.

Setup spare parts and maint plans in SAP

Qualifications:
