Job summary

KDC-ONE is hiring at our Columbus, Ohio facility for a 3rd shift position. The role supports the production line, ensuring materials are staged and ready, and performing SAP-related checks. Pay is $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include operating electric pallet jacks, conducting quality audits, maintaining neat work areas, and following safety protocols. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Return unused components and help clear the line for the next run.
• Perform quality audits on label placement, batch codes, and product standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace meeting FDA and company quality standards.
• Promote and follow safety protocols.Step in as a backup Equipment Operator and train new team members.
• Complete SOPs and other documentation with accuracy.
• Handle sensitive product and customer information discreetly.

3rd Shift Monday - Friday 10:30pm-7:00am

Pay: $17.50/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the production line by ensuring materials are staged, replenished, and ready when needed with materials like bottles, caps, and pumps.
• Double-check component numbers and ensure the right paperwork and SAP stickers are in place.
• Use electric pallet jacks to move components and finished goods, prepping pallets for warehouse transfer.
• Scan finished products into SAP and maintain accurate records while acting as a gatekeeper for quality.
• Return unused components and help clear the line for the next run.
• Perform quality audits, checking label placement, batch codes, and overall product standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets FDA and company quality standards.
• Promote and follow safety protocols throughout the facility.
• Step in as a backup Equipment Operator and help train new team members.
• Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and other documentation with accuracy and care.
• Handle sensitive product and customer information with discretion.
• Show up consistently, pitch in when overtime is needed, and take on other tasks as assigned.

What We Need from You

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, wear PPE, and work well with others.
• Comfortable operating electric pallet jacks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Be able to work in a climate‑controlled, moderately loud production area.
• Stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the shift.
• Navigate around motorized equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
