Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Packaging Operator for our New Albany, Ohio facility. This entry-level role supports a fast-paced production line, building containers, packing finished products, and preparing pallets for shipment.

You will follow precise work instructions, prioritize safety, and collaborate with a strong team in a climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities emphasize quality checks, cleanliness, and teamwork, with opportunities for overtime and growth within a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• If not, training will be provided.
• Follow work instructions and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble containers, closures, and carton systems with precision.
• Pack finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.

1st: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

2nd: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm

3rd: Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7:00am

Pay:

$14.75 - $16.75

• Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we’ll train you.
• Ability to follow work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.
