Job summary

KDC-ONE Columbus is seeking a Forklift Operator for 2nd/3rd shifts and occasional weekends. Must have Raymond Reach Truck experience and be comfortable in a warehouse environment. The role supports production by moving materials, stocking, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of goods.

After a 90-day period, a shift differential brings pay to $22.00 per hour with full benefits and opportunities for advancement within a beauty and wellness manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; consider experience in lieu of diploma.
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment in manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks, including turret trucks and reach lifts.
• Unload deliveries, stock materials, and track movement with handheld scanners or SAP.
• Pick materials for production runs and move inventory with accuracy and care.
• Complete daily safety and maintenance checklists and report issues promptly.
• Assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory checks.
• Load outgoing trucks to ensure orders ship on time and complete.
• Mentor new forklift drivers when needed.

Forklift Operator - $22.00 (includes shift diff) after 90 days (Third shift) - Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift and pt weekends for all shifts!

If you're handy with a scanner, and comfortable in a warehouse, we’re looking for you! MUST HAVE RAYMOND REACH TRUCK experience (Reach Truck test given with interview on site).

At Kdc/one, our Forklift Operators are the center of our logistics flow. You’ll handle the materials that keep our production lines moving and efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) turret trucks, and reach lifts
• Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track every move with handheld scanners or SAP
• Pick up materials and components for production runs
• Move unused or finished goods to inventory withaccuracy and care
• Complete safety and maintenance checklists daily, and report any issues urgently
• Assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory checks
• Load leaving trucks to get customer orders out on time and in full
• Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed
• Alwayskeep things safe, clean, and compliant(this is a beauty & wellness manufacturing site, after all)

What We Need from You:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (if you've got the experience and skill, we still want to hear from you)
• Prior experience operating equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• Comfortable to lift up to 50 lbs, and work around motorized equipment all day
• Take pride in keeping things organized and moving smoothly
