• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to pass the EEI SASS test.
• Proficient with SAP, ARCOS, QLICK, PERT, Empower and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a solid commitment to safety.
• Performs clerical and administrative duties including timekeeping and mail.
• Orders materials and office supplies for shop.
• Prepares for meetings and supports supervision.
• Communicates with vendors and internal teams.
• Tracks transformers in PERT.
